Food Market Near Lafayette Elementary School

I have a new listing in Chevy Chase, DC, but the painting is not completed, yet.  We plan to have it ready by Thursday, August 11, 2011. Our public Open House will be held August 14, 2011 at 1:00 pm to  4:00 pm.

For now, here are some highlights of the neighborhood where my new listing is located.

The house was owned by one family since 1938.  It is very well located close to the Connecticut Circle and Western Avenue.

There is a Market near by, the Lafayette Recreation Center with playground and tennis courts, Lafayette Elementary School. And my favorite is the proximity to Wilson High school and the free to residents Olympic pool!
